The 29-year-old revealed at the NBA All-Star Game media day that he has discussed this prospect with UFC CEO Dana White, a noted Celtics fan. Brown, a five-time NBA All-Star and 2024 NBA Finals MVP, has training in Muay Thai and is eager to explore options in UFC or boxing when he hangs up his basketball sneakers. He states, “I've toyed with this and I've talked to some people.” Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla, an MMA enthusiast, supports the idea, often using fight footage as teaching tools for the team. As Brown looks ahead, the possibility of stepping into the octagon or ring becomes more tantalizing.
