The 2026 La Vuelta Femenina route is unveiled, featuring one of its most challenging layouts ever. This year’s course spans 815km across Galicia, omitting time trials and focusing on relentless climbs and hilly terrain. The peloton faces four hilly stages, one flat stage, and two mountain stages, designed for breakaways and reduced-group finishes. Key moments are set for the final weekend, with critical stages 6 and 7 likely determining the overall winner. Stage 1 kicks off with a 113km ride from Marín to Salvaterra de Miño, featuring mid-stage climbs and a punchy uphill finish. Expect fierce competition as the cyclists tackle this demanding route.
