Danni Shrosbree and Martins Blums secure wildcards for the 2026 Life Time Grand Prix, leading a diverse group of new riders. Here’s why their performances could change the landscape of gravel racing this season.

With the first two races of the Life Time Grand Prix series in the books, seven new competitors join the roster, including three men and four women. Danni Shrosbree, an experienced British rider, clinches her spot with a 29th finish at Sea Otter and an impressive 9th at Unbound 200. Meanwhile, Latvian Olympian Martins Blums also earns his wildcard by finishing 21st at Unbound and 13th at Sea Otter.

From the U.S., Skyler Taylor stands out as the top men's wildcard finisher, securing 20th at Unbound after a successful 2025 season. Jenna Rinehart also returns, finishing 27th at Unbound and 18th at Sea Otter. Hannah Shell, who has fought to reclaim her spot, achieves her goal with a 23rd finish at Unbound.

New Zealand's Charlotte Clarke and Matthew Wilson join the competition, further strengthening their nation's presence after Cameron Jones' success last season. This new wave of talent promises to shake up the competitive dynamics as the series unfolds.
