Remco Evenepoel's participation in the Volta a Catalunya hangs in the balance as he faces transport issues caused by a snowstorm on Mount Teide. The Belgian cyclist is stranded after completing an altitude training camp in the Canary Islands. Evenepoel's hotel sits at 2,150 meters above sea level, with temperatures plunging to just 4ºC today and 3ºC tomorrow, alongside continued precipitation.
