FC Barcelona eliminates Bayern Munich and qualifies for the Champions League final with a 4-2 victory at Camp Nou. Stay with us to find out how the Catalans turned the tide and what this means for the rest of the competition.

In a packed stadium of 60,021 spectators, Barça first took the lead thanks to Salma Paralluelo in the 13th minute. Despite a quick equalizer from Linda Dallmann for Bayern (17th), Alexia Putellas quickly took control again with a precise shot in the 22nd. Ewa Pajor then gave Barça a two-goal advantage (55th), before Putellas scored a stunning acrobatic goal in the 58th.

Although Pernille Harder narrowed the gap to 4-2 (71st) and a Bayern goal was disallowed by VAR (90th), the Catalans held firm and qualified for their sixth consecutive final. Against OL Lyon, Barça hopes to turn the tables, having lost two of the three previous encounters. On top of that, Aitana Bonmati made her return to the pitch after a long absence due to injury, coming on in the 68th minute.
