Fernando Alonso warns Aston Martin faces more challenges ahead in the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix. Following a disastrous weekend in Australia, mechanical issues tied to the Honda power unit limited the team’s track time, turning the race into a frustrating ordeal. Alonso briefly surged from 17th to 10th but faced long pit stops, including one exceeding 16 minutes, as the team struggled with a failing car. Lance Stroll experienced similar woes, with his car sidelined for an 18-minute stop before retirement. "We just don't have any speed, and no reliability," Stroll stated. Alonso expects no changes in Shanghai, reiterating, “No different, no different.” He emphasizes the need for ongoing efforts to improve the chassis and overall performance. Alonso notes the driving experience remains tough due to vibrations, with hopes of finding solutions as they head into the next race.
