Isack Hadjar is set to thrill French F1 fans with a nostalgic ride at the 2026 Kennol Grand Prix de France Historique. The Red Bull rising star takes the wheel of Sebastian Vettel’s championship-winning Red Bull RB7, a car that dominated the 2011 season. Hadjar will showcase the legendary machine during the Fast & Famous segment on Saturday, May 9, at Circuit Paul Ricard.
This 21-year-old driver, currently in his sophomore season, aims to deliver an unforgettable performance in front of a passionate home crowd. The RB7, responsible for 11 of Vettel's 12 wins that year, will be the centerpiece of a spectacular weekend. Hadjar’s appearance is not just about speed; it’s a family reunion for French motorsport legends. He shares the track with icons like Alain Prost, René Arnoux, Jean Alesi, Olivier Panis, and Philippe Alliot.
The event features nearly 225 vintage race cars, including over 60 F1 machines spanning four decades. Hadjar expresses excitement, stating, “Driving in front of a home crowd is special, especially alongside legends I grew up admiring.” His drive in the RB7 connects the sport’s rich history with its promising future in France.
