Jim Clark, born in Scotland in 1936, remains a legendary figure in motorsport. A two-time Formula 1 world champion, he claims titles from 1963 and 1965. Clark holds records for the most Grand Prix wins with 25 and pole positions with 33, setting the bar high for future drivers. He made history as the first Formula 1 driver to win the Indianapolis 500 in 1965. Known for his flawless and smooth driving style, Clark made racing look effortless. Tragically, he lost his life in a racing accident at Hockenheim on April 7, 1968, just a month after turning 32 and winning the season opener at Kyalami. Despite his incredible talent, Clark was a modest man, reflecting his humility with 'Farmer' on his gravestone, ahead of 'World Champion Motor Racing Driver.
