Matisse Pacaud and Lucie de Gennes (FRA) take the lead at the 55th Trofeo Princesa Sofía after dominating the yellow fleet with two race wins. Newly crowned European champions Martin Wrigley and Bettine Harris (GBR) impress in the blue fleet, clinching both races and climbing to 9th overall.

Conditions in the Bay of Palma provide a thrilling backdrop for the 470 fleet. The first race features around 10 knots, while the second benefits from stronger breezes. "The first race was light, but the second had more wind. It was shifty, so staying calm was key," comments Pacaud. De Gennes adds, "This is only our second event of the season after the Europeans, so it's crucial for us."

Italy's Elena Berta and Giulio Calabrò maintain consistency, holding second place overall. Roy Levy and Ariel Gal rise to third with solid finishes of 3rd and 4th. Jordi Xammar and Marta Cardona drop to fourth after finishing 8th in both races. Diogo Costa and Carolina João fall from second to fifth. Tomorrow, the fleet splits into Gold and Silver groups, with the top 25 teams advancing.
