Michael Jordan's 23XI Racing is poised for growth after settling a major lawsuit with NASCAR. The legal battle, lasting 15 months, has led to a stronger partnership between both sides. Jordan emphasizes the importance of communication, stating, “We both needed to have conversations about change.” The settlement awards charters to 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports, introducing "evergreen charters" for all teams. The lawsuit also reinstates the "Three-Strike Rule" and ensures teams benefit from NASCAR's international media rights deal. With the legal issues resolved, Jordan's focus shifts to performance after a challenging 2025 season, where the team secured only one victory. As the Daytona 500 approaches, Jordan expresses confidence in his drivers, including Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick, aiming for a strong showing. “If we can put ourselves in a good position, that’s all I’ll ever ask for,” he says.
