Mason Plumlee signs with the San Antonio Spurs for the remainder of the season. The deal comes after Plumlee completed a 10-day contract and marks his 13th NBA season in San Antonio. He has yet to make an appearance for the Spurs. Plumlee was traded from the Charlotte Hornets to the Oklahoma City Thunder in a three-team deal before the trade deadline, but was waived by Oklahoma City. His time with the Hornets saw him play just 14 games, starting two, and averaging under nine minutes per game. Last season with the Phoenix Suns, he played 74 games, averaging 4.5 points and 6.1 rebounds. The Spurs look to bolster their roster with this addition as the season progresses.
