He expresses uncertainty about Allar, selected 76th overall in the 2026 NFL Draft, noting that he never felt Allar "jumped off the page" during games he watched. While acknowledging Allar's physical attributes, Roethlisberger remains skeptical about his impact.
In contrast, Roethlisberger is impressed by Howard, who was drafted in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft. After a successful collegiate career, including a National Championship win at Ohio State, Howard posted phenomenal stats: 4,010 passing yards, 35 touchdowns, and a 175.3 passer rating in his final season.
