Liverpool intensifies efforts to bring Jarell Quansah back to Anfield. Confusion over the buy-back clause value and activation has been clarified. Quansah started in Arne Slot's first Premier League match but was substituted at halftime and barely featured afterward. He was sold to Bayer Leverkusen for around £35m last summer. With Liverpool missing out on Marc Guehi and needing a new center-back, speculation rises about Quansah's return after one year. Transfer insider Graeme Bailey confirms Liverpool scouted Quansah in February, receiving positive reports, as he scored four goals this season. Sky Germany's Patrick Berger states Liverpool considers re-signing Quansah, citing an €80m buy-back clause valid until May. However, Fabrizio Romano clarifies the clause activates in 2027 at €60m. Despite this, Liverpool remains keen, with Leverkusen aware of their interest. Quansah's future remains uncertain but could lead him back to Liverpool.
