Sandro Tonali is open to a summer move from Newcastle United to Manchester United. INEOS, the co-owners of Man Utd, are actively pursuing the Italian midfielder. With Casemiro leaving at season's end, United targets at least one new midfielder, and Tonali is a prime candidate. Hailed as a "superstar player" by Newcastle's CEO David Hopkinson, Tonali has impressed since joining from AC Milan in 2023 and is contracted until 2028. Man Utd recognizes the price tag, with Newcastle valuing him at €100million (£86.5m). Journalist Christopher Michel reports that Tonali is receptive to the move. His agent, Giuseppe Riso, hints that top clubs, including Arsenal and Manchester City, are also interested. Despite speculation, Newcastle manager Eddie Howe remains confident about retaining Tonali for the Champions League campaign.
