Biscayne Bay sets the stage for the 60th Annual Don Q Rum Snipe Regatta, showcasing thrilling racing and a celebration of sailing history. This regatta, held from April 10-12 at the Coconut Grove Sailing Club, features perfect Northeasterly winds, reaching the mid-to-upper teens across all three days.

Competitors enjoy a festive fleet dinner, honoring the event's legacy and its founder, Old Man Diaz. Legendary sailors like Mark Reynolds and Peter Commette join the festivities, adding to the event's prestige.

Ernesto Rodriguez and Taylor Scheuermann shine brightly, clinching the overall victory with an impressive total of just 8 points. Their dominance includes six consecutive wins before finishing second to Augie Diaz in Race 7. Diaz, a regatta veteran and the event's most successful skipper, started winning as a teenager in the 70s.

Enrique Quintero and Lorena Fundora secure second place overall with 26 points, while Diego Escobar and Trevor Davis cap off the podium in third with 31 points, thanks to a strong finish.

Efe Derman and Paige Tillson claim the top U19 team title, alongside Paola Prada and Renata Bellotti as the highest-placing women's team from São Paulo, and Martin Bermudez de la Puente and Beatriz Díaz Norris as the top international team from Madrid.
