Benetton’s roster undergoes a major shake-up as seven players confirm their exit after a challenging season. This decision could reshape the team’s future and highlights significant player movements in the rugby landscape.

Despite a surprise victory over Leinster, Benetton finishes a dismal 13th in the United Rugby Championship, with only six wins from 16 matches. They also faced early elimination from the EPCR Challenge Cup. As they prepare for their final two matches against the Sharks and the Bulls in South Africa, the club announces the departures ahead of new head coach Wayne Pivac's arrival.

Leading the departures is 23-year-old Tommaso Menoncello, a standout in recent Six Nations, reportedly heading to Toulouse. Former All Black Malakai Fekitoa joins Pro D2 side Beziers, while Thomas Gallo secures a four-year deal with Lyon. Other exits include Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro, lock Eli Snyman heading to Ulster, and the departures of Scott Scrafton and Nicolas Roger Farias.

Benetton president Antonio Pavanello expresses gratitude to the departing players for their professionalism and contributions to the club's growth, wishing them success in their future endeavors.
