Malcolm Marx secures the SA Rugby Men’s Player of the Year, adding to his World Rugby Men’s Player of the Year title. This marks his second win, previously claiming the award in 2017. Nadine Roos repeats as SA Rugby Women’s Player of the Year, leading the Women’s Boks to Rugby World Cup playoffs for the first time. Rassie Erasmus and the Springboks earn Coach and Team of the Year after a stellar 2025, defending the Rugby Championship and winning 11 of 13 Tests. Marx outpaces Pieter-Steph du Toit, Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, Ox Nche, and Jasper Wiese for the top men’s honor. Feinberg-Mngomezulu takes home the SA URC Player of the Year Award, while Ethan Hooker is named SA Rugby Men’s Young Player of the Year. New awards recognize Roos as Springbok Women’s Sevens Player of the Year and Byrhandré Dolf as the inaugural SA Rugby Young Women’s Player of the Year.
