Malcolm Marx secures the SA Rugby Men’s Player of the Year Award after winning the 2025 World Rugby Men’s Player of the Year. The Springbok hooker tops South Africa’s try-scoring forwards with 26 tries, including two pivotal scores against Argentina that clinched the Rugby Championship title. This marks Marx's second time winning the SA Rugby award, previously taking it home in 2017.
Rassie Erasmus wins Coach of the Year, edging out tough competition from Swys de Bruin, Kevin Foote, and Philip Snyman. Erasmus also receives the Springbok Legacy Award for his outstanding contributions to Springbok rugby. He leads the team to an unbeaten end-of-year tour, a Rugby Championship title, and 11 wins from 13 matches while reaching 50 Tests as head coach.
Nadine Roos is named SA Rugby Women’s Player of the Year for the third time, reinforcing her status in women's rugby.
