The Super Eights of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 are set, and all advancing teams clinch automatic spots for the 2028 tournament in Australia and New Zealand. Pakistan's win over Namibia seals their place alongside India from Group A. Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe advance from Group B, while the West Indies and England progress from Group C, and South Africa and New Zealand complete Group D. As co-hosts, Australia and New Zealand automatically qualify. The final list of 12 automatic qualifiers will include the top three teams from the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings as of March 9. Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Ireland are poised to secure those spots. Eight additional places will be filled through regional qualifications based on competitive strength. The semi-finalists will come from the top two teams in each Super Eight group.
