Day four saw a light 11-knot breeze, complicating races for competitors. In the women’s fleet, only one race was completed, with France's Kylie Belloeuvre taking the victory, securing her semi-final spot. Vaina Picot, also from France, finished second, marking a rare moment as she previously dominated the regatta, winning nine out of twelve races. She joins defending champion Maddalena Spanu in the finals, while Greece's Aimilia Kosti also qualifies for the Medal Series despite expressing the difficulties of racing in light winds.
In the men’s Gold fleet, two races unfolded before conditions worsened. France's Thomas Proust won the first race, aiming for a strong finish, while Italy's Ernesto De Amicis secured second overall. Poland's Kamil Manowiecki claimed victory in the second race, but the fading breeze halted further action.
Leaderboard leader Julien Rattotti faced a rocky day, with disqualification and a fall impacting his performance. Defending champion Mathis Ghio is in a tough spot, needing five consecutive wins to reclaim his title. With light winds forecasted for the final day, the competition remains wide open.
