However, Midland Sailing Club recently showcased an exhilarating event in the Double Chine series. This competition took place on June 28, 2026, under warm and dry conditions. A gusty F4 wind provided challenging yet exciting sailing conditions for the eight-boat fleet.
Moreover, competitors traveled from diverse locations, including Looe, Huddersfield, and Durham. The event was held jointly with the GP14 class, adding to the excitement of the day.
