The Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour 2026 kicks off tomorrow in the iconic San Marco Canal, setting the stage for a thrilling offshore challenge. This unique event features ten elite international crews competing across three distinct sailing disciplines over a grueling 1,250 nautical miles.

The inaugural leg begins at 10:30 AM with a team presentation at the Italian Navy Officers' Club, followed by the official start at 1:00 PM, heading towards Cattolica. Organized by Difesa Servizi S.p.A. in collaboration with the Italian Navy and SSI Sport & Events, the tour has strong backing from the Italian Sailing Federation and CONI, marking it as a highlight on the racing calendar.

Sailors will face a demanding course that spans the Italian Peninsula, with stops in Cattolica, Vieste, Taranto, Siracusa, Tropea, Naples, and Portoferraio, culminating in Genoa on July 12. Each leg serves as a strategic battle against nature, challenging crews with the diverse Italian coastlines and unpredictable Mediterranean weather.

The innovative format combines Offshore, Inshore, and Wing Foil racing, showcasing the best of yachting. With this multifaceted approach, the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour promises to redefine competitive sailing on a global scale.
