The GL52s take full advantage of the sunny skies, good breeze, and flat water, completing three exhilarating races. Wizard remains unbeatable, boasting an impressive six first-place finishes and a perfect score. Meanwhile, Katana and Windquest battle for the second spot, currently holding 14 and 16 points, respectively.
Beyond the races, the event embraces the community by hosting thirty 8th grade students from the Ddixon School Pensacola, alongside the PYC Satori Foundation. The students gain hands-on experience with MarkSetBot technology, explore the role of drones in racing, and even get a chance to assist on the boats.
As Day 3 approaches, conditions promise to mirror those of the previous day, suggesting that teams maintaining composure and adapting to wind shifts will likely secure their places on the podium.
