World Sailing Inspires Allyship for Women in Sailing on March 8

World Sailing celebrates International Women's Day by promoting mentorship and allyship in sailing. The theme for 2026, 'Give to Gain', emphasizes the importance of supporting women in the sport. From March 6 to 9, World Sailing releases six videos featuring volunteers from The Magenta Project, showcasing mentorship's role in creating opportunities for women across various sailing disciplines.
