Toyota suspends Kalle Rovanpera’s Super Formula Championship plans after medical evaluations. Rovanpera aimed to transition from the World Rally Championship to single-seaters, targeting the highest levels of motorsport. His journey was set to start with KCMG in Japan. Following the pre-season test at Suzuka, a mutual decision was made with Toyota to withdraw from the season due to health concerns. Rovanpera disclosed on X, “I have difficult news to share. My health doesn’t allow me to continue safely at the moment.” He previously faced challenges with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.
