Stage three of the WRC Safari Rally Kenya is canceled due to deteriorating road conditions. Organizers cited significant rutting and inaccessibility for intervention vehicles after heavy overnight rain. The FIA confirmed the Camp Moran stage, initially set for a second pass, does not meet safety standards.

The challenging conditions turned the course into a mud bath, complicating visibility for drivers. Toyota’s Oliver Solberg shines in the chaos, clocking a blistering time 30 seconds faster than teammate Elfyn Evans. The Rally1 field faces nearly four minutes of separation, with reigning world champion Sebastien Ogier trailing over a minute behind in third.

Hyundai's Thierry Neuville struggles further, lagging more than two minutes behind Solberg. The rally moves on to stage four, Loldia (18.95km), as Solberg maintains a commanding lead over Evans by 33.3 seconds, with Ogier in third, 1m05.1s back.
