Manny Pacquiao's exhibition fight with Ruslan Provodnikov is not finalized. Jas Mathur, CEO of Manny Pacquiao Promotions, confirms to ESPN that while the fight is under consideration, it is "not official." Despite tickets being sold on Pacquiao's website for the April 18 bout at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Mathur states more announcements would be made if it were confirmed. Pacquiao could opt for a different exhibition before his highly anticipated rematch against Floyd Mayweather on September 19. Provodnikov hasn't fought since 2016. Mathur assures that another exhibition for Pacquiao is possible, but details remain unclear. The Pacquiao-Mayweather rematch will take place at the Sphere in Las Vegas and will be streamed on Netflix. Meanwhile, Mayweather plans to face Mike Tyson in an upcoming exhibition, though specifics are yet to be announced.
