Jake Paul may be sidelined with a jaw injury, but his ambitions in women's boxing are anything but limited. Paul's Most Valuable Promotions presents MVPW-02 at Madison Square Garden, featuring Alycia Baumgardner against Bo Ri Me Shin. The spotlight, however, shines brightly on Shadasia Green, who defends her unified super middleweight titles against two-division champion Lani Daniels.

Paul believes that a victory for Green could pave the way for a monumental clash with Claressa Shields. "I think there are five super fights to be made in women's boxing, and Claressa Shields versus Shadasia Green is on that list," he stated. This matchup could eclipse many prominent men's fights, thanks to the intense rivalry and charisma both fighters bring.

Shields and Green have exchanged barbs for years, with Green bouncing back from a 2023 loss to Franchon Crews-Dezurn by defeating Savannah Marshall last July. Paul extends a personal invitation to Shields to attend the fight and witness Green's performance firsthand.

While Shields' promoter, Dmitriy Salita, shows interest in a future collaboration for the fight, he emphasizes that Green must first prove herself by defeating another fighter, Danielle Perkins, who has previously bested her in the amateurs. The stage is set for a thrilling future in women’s boxing.
