In a thrilling 71.2-mile race with 3,669 feet of climbing, Stephens clinches the Mogollon summit victory, finishing ahead of Ashley Frye (Competitive Edge Racing) by 13 seconds. Frye’s strong performance elevates her to second in the overall classification, now 1:31 behind Stephens. Emily Gilbert (Virginia's Blue Ridge TWENTY28) secures third on the stage, 34 seconds back, and jumps seven spots to third overall, 2:29 off the lead.

Stephens also leads the mountains classification, while her teammate Kylee Hanel ranks sixth overall and tops the best young rider standings. Olivia Cummings (Virginia's Blue Ridge TWENTY28) leads the sprint classification.
