Luke Lamperti and Kate Courtney headline the roster for The Growler road race, set for April 25, 2026, in Windsor, California. Lamperti, the Paris-Nice stage winner from EF Education-EasyPost, and UCI Cross-country Marathon MTB world champion Courtney both hail from northern California and are eager to participate in the popular local event. The 136-mile race boasts a $156,000 prize purse for elite men and women and will be live-streamed.
Lamperti aimed to compete last year but illness sidelined him as he prepared for the Giro d'Italia, where he secured fifth on stage 21. He first tackled Levi's GranFondo as an eight-year-old in 2011. Returning champions Lauren De Crescenzo and Lauren Stephens join a fierce field that includes Courtney, Sofia Gomez Villafañe, and Paige Onweller. Keegan Swenson looks to defend his title after winning the men's race in both previous editions.
