He competes with his boats, Firefly 3318 "Lynestra" and 2539 "Dillon," showcasing his passion for the sport. Beyond his accolades, Guy embodies the spirit of the Firefly class with his generosity and enthusiasm on the racecourse. Starting his Firefly journey at just 15, Guy’s early experiences included racing with friends in a fleet of 20 boats, honing his skills. His journey continued at Lancaster University SC, where he introduced Fireflys to his peers. Despite exploring other classes like Nat 12s and Lasers, Guy remains committed to the Firefly, proving that age is no barrier to competition.
