Kylian Mbappé has suffered a left knee injury and could be sidelined until mid-March. The captain of Les Bleus, according to Cadena SER, plans to return for the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 against Manchester City on March 17. In the meantime, he will not play against Getafe on Monday, Celta Vigo on March 6, and likely Elche on March 14. He will also miss the first leg in the Champions League against Manchester City on March 11. Mbappé, who is already in recovery, does not want to take any risks ahead of the 2026 World Cup. An MRI conducted at the end of December revealed a lateral collateral ligament injury. Caution is key for the PSG number 10.
