AS Monaco has been eliminated from the Champions League by PSG after a 2-2 draw at Parc des Princes. Despite a strong performance, the Monégasques failed to capitalize on their chances. PSG took the lead in the 15th minute with a goal from Kylian Mbappé. Monaco equalized in the 30th minute thanks to Wissam Ben Yedder. In the second half, Neymar restored the advantage for the Parisians in the 65th minute, but AS Monaco leveled again in the 80th minute with a shot from Aleksandr Golovin. The stats speak for themselves: Monaco had 12 shots, compared to 15 for PSG. Possession was 48% for Monaco and 52% for PSG. Another disappointment that highlights the defensive weaknesses of AS Monaco.
