Anfernee Simons of the Chicago Bulls aggravates a previous left wrist fracture, according to coach Billy Donovan. This setback surfaces just before the Bulls’ 131-99 loss to the Charlotte Hornets. Simons initially injured the wrist while with the Boston Celtics and left the game against Detroit after suffering what was called a "sprain." Donovan labels it "an old injury" but does not provide a specific return timeline. Simons will consult a hand specialist, who indicated he may return once the pain subsides. In six games with the Bulls, Simons averages 15.2 points and 28.4 minutes per game. Previously, he posted 14.2 points in 49 games with the Celtics. The Bulls struggle through a season-worst 10-game losing streak.
