Cristhian Mosquera is set to leave Arsenal this summer, with Everton emerging as a strong candidate for his loan. This decision could reshape the dynamics at both clubs as Mosquera seeks regular playing time.

The 21-year-old joined Arsenal from Valencia for £13 million in 2025, signing a contract until 2030. He quickly gained recognition as one of LaLiga's top young centre-backs, making 90 appearances for Valencia. Despite his talent, Mosquera has struggled to secure a starting position at Arsenal, featuring in only six Premier League and four Champions League matches this season, totaling 27 appearances.

With Gabriel and William Saliba ahead of him, Mosquera is ready to make a move. Everton leads the charge for his loan, but teams like Atalanta, Napoli, Benfica, Bournemouth, AS Monaco, and Marseille are also interested. Arsenal views him as a key player for the future and is reluctant to sell. However, if a permanent deal arises, they will demand between €45-50 million (up to £43.5 million) for the Spanish international.

Mosquera's potential departure could impact Arsenal's defensive strategy while providing him with the crucial playing time he needs to develop further.
