James Slipper is poised to make history as he breaks the Super Rugby Pacific appearance record during the Brumbies' clash with the Chiefs in Canberra. The 36-year-old prop will play his 203rd match, surpassing the mark set by Wyatt Crockett. Slipper, the most capped Wallabies player, began his Super Rugby journey with the Reds in 2010, tallying 104 appearances before joining the Brumbies in 2019.
In other updates, the Crusaders will face Moana Pasifika without their captain, David Havili, due to a heel injury. Havili is expected to be sidelined for four weeks.
Match lineups include the Highlanders taking on the Hurricanes at Forsyth Barr Stadium and the Brumbies against the Chiefs at GIO Stadium, with both fixtures promising intense action.
