Explore Racing, crewed by William Goodfellow and Jesse Turner, claims line honors for Leg 4 of the Doyle Sails Two Handed Round Race, finishing off Westhaven, Auckland at 1845hrs on Sunday. Motorboat III, with Damon Joliffe and Josh Tucker, crosses second at 2107hrs, two hours and 22 minutes later. Explore Racing has now secured line honors for all four legs of the 1,210nm race, which commenced on February 28. They completed the first and third legs in under 24 hours. Focus, featuring Craig Fraser and Rob Croft, finishes third at 0049hrs, closely followed by Vixen Racing, driven by Sharon Ferris-Choat and Taylor Edwards, at 0121hrs. Vixen Racing attempts a strategic move around Rangitoto Island but fails to gain significant ground. A cluster of four boats is set to finish between 2.00 and 4.00am Monday, including overall race leader Ragnar, with Brett Elliott and James Glidden.
