England suffers a heavy defeat against Ireland (21-42) at Twickenham, dashing their hopes of victory in the Six Nations tournament. Maro Itoje, in his 100th cap, is left with nothing but a bitter loss. After a setback in Edinburgh against Scotland (31-20), the Rose XV fails to turn things around. Ireland, driven by a solid defense and a clinical attack, scores five tries, including one from Jamison Gibson-Park that opens the scoring. Jamie Osborne caps off the spectacle with the fifth try. England, shaky and clumsy, struggles to find their rhythm. George Ford faces ridicule after several mistakes. With this defeat, Andy Farrell's team sends a strong message: Ireland is very much alive, despite the doubts. The English, for their part, need to regroup ahead of their trip to Scotland.
