1. Service Description

Sports Podcasts is an AI-generated sports podcast service, operated by CREATIF STUDIO Limited (Private Company Limited by Shares), registered in Ireland with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) under number 776973, with registered office at Pod 2, The Old Station House, 15a Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin, A94 T8P8, Ireland.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Users with a verified account may activate a 15-day free trial of Premium from their Account page, without a credit card. The trial is limited to once per user, does not auto-renew, and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. When the trial expires, the account reverts to Freenium.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription to Premium.
