Ineos Grenadiers announces its roster for Milan-San Remo, with Filippo Ganna spearheading the challenge. Following Jonathan Milan's withdrawal from Lidl-Trek due to illness, Ganna steps up as Italy's key contender in the 298km race. A two-time runner-up in 2023 and 2025, Ganna aims to break his podium curse and become the first Italian winner since Vincenzo Nibali in 2018. He boasts two victories in 2026, both in time trials at the Volta ao Algarve and Tirreno-Adriatico. Ganna states, "If you win Milan-San Remo, you make history. I want to make history." Joining Ganna are Michał Kwiatkowski, Josh Tarling, Axel Laurance, Ben Turner, Jack Haig, and Connor Swift, all set to support the mission. Leonardo Basso and Elia Viviani will guide the squad as directeur sportifs.
