This event showcases the talent of sailors aged 9 to 17, with 72 competitors in the Under 17 category and 45 in Under 13. The competition ran over three days, with the Under 17 fleet completing nine races, utilizing a second discard, while the Under 13s managed seven races amidst fluctuating weather conditions. The Race Committee, led by Alessandro De Felice, expertly navigated the variable breezes to maximize racing opportunities.

Filip Zbyryt from Poland clinched the Under 13 title, maintaining his lead from day one, while Lorenzo Spagnolo and Gabriele Lizzulli followed. In the girls' division, Róza Kowalik also from Poland finished first, placing fifth overall.

Corrado Fara, president of the organizing club, praised the collective effort that made the event a success, highlighting the cooperation across teams. Guido Sirolli, president of the Open Skiff and RS Aero classes, noted the complexity of managing concurrent races but emphasized the successful collaboration involved.
